We have recreated a modern version of a USA vintage helmet. It features a gently curved silhouette, and the ear flaps are removable.
Since it is designed as a novelty helmet, it does not contain shock-absorbing EPS (expanded polystyrene). Therefore, the helmet shell can be made smaller, allowing it to be worn deeply on the head.
The shell material is made of high-grade fiberglass.

The fit changes depending on the interior (liner).
Each size has a different liner thickness.
There is no variation in the helmet shell size, so all helmets share the same shell.
